Accessibility
1 Arc Power, LLC wants 1ap.com to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, voice control or reduced motion.
Our standard
We design and test the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That includes:
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers.
- Full keyboard access, a "Skip to content" link, and a visible focus outline that is never hidden behind the header.
- Text and controls that meet contrast requirements.
- Pages that reflow at 320 pixels wide and zoom to 400% without losing content.
- Respect for your device's reduced motion setting: animations, counters and reveals are switched off and all content shows immediately.
- Labelled form fields, with errors and confirmations announced to screen readers.
Known limitations
- Older news items link to articles on other websites, which we do not control.
- Some older press materials are PDF files. If you need one in another format, ask us and we will provide it.
- Videos from YouTube or Vimeo use those services' players. Where a video has spoken content, we aim to provide captions.
Feedback and help
If something on the site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email [email protected] or call (424) 421-0101. We aim to respond within five business days.
How we check
We test with automated tools (axe-core) on every page, check keyboard use and screen reader output by hand, and test with reduced motion turned on. This statement was last reviewed in October 2026.
